[SolidHwTest] Remove setenv wrapper, unnecessary qt_windows.h include

setenv had been replace by qputenv very long time ago.

The qt_windows.h include was apparently somehow related to Windows
messing up std::min/std::max with its own min/max macros, but min/max
are not used in the tests.
