[SolidHwTest] Remove unnecessary slotPropertyChanged helper, fix bug

Directly use a QSignalSpy to record the property events instead.

Also fix a bug in the checks - obviously the changes map only contains
a single "mountpoint" entry, and the "stateValue" is just default
constructed with the first enum value "PropertyModified".
