Suspend by default on AC profile

Being plugged in doesn't mean that precious energy ought to go to waste!
This commit makes the default "on AC power" profile suspend the system
to RAM after 15 minutes of inactivity, or 7 for mobile--following the
same desktop/mobile time ratio for the battery profile.

  • I wonder what the community would say if we did a poll for what the default time to suspend on power for non-mobile systems?

The underlying assumption here is that "Energy is precious!", and that's not true for people who get their power from renewable sources, where energy is abundant.

Additionally, suspending my computer is more of a burden because it takes time to reawaken and it's not always guaranteed to come back exactly to the state it was in before due to driver wonkiness--especially on older systems.

If the delay was sufficiently long, maybe an hour of inactivity, maybe that would be okay for me and my use cases with older hardware, but 10 minutes? That's just too short, and it's one more thing that I have to remember to dial back when setting up a new system. Energy is not precious in this part of the country where we get our energy from hydroelectricity. This whole topic of "what does energy efficiency mean to me?" is deep and nuanced.

  • Was there a poll for this that I missed?

There was no poll. This commit makes the default idle time on AC power be 15 minutes, not 10. If that default setting of 15 minutes doesn't work for you, you're welcome to change it; that's why it's user-configurable.

FWIW I do get 100% of my energy from site-generated solar panels, and energy is still precious. Even more so, in fact: if I overconsume, I'll eventually have to start buying power again!

However your and my situations are unfortunately not typical, and, again, that's why this is user-configurable.
