[applets/notifications] Port DnD checkbox to set the icon itself

Support for this was added in https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/plasma-framework/-/commit/b7ee6962501ffebcfb092f090c5adf7195df09ed

So there's no need to roll our own solution anymore.
