[Desktop Theme KCM] Adjust to changes in other KCMs

* Implement undo delete feature
* Introduce currentIndex property instead of indexOf() method
* Make GHNS dialog window modal instead of application modal
* Support drag and drop to install themes
* Use InlineMessage for installation error/success notifications
