doc: few easy changes

- remove the installation section, which is no more present in KDE documentations
- remove unused local entities
- use few entities
- replace "dcop" with "dbus" for identifiers
- use <xref> to reference other parts directly
- use an entity for the name and the homepage of Planner
- use canonical URLs for RFCs
- use https for all the URLs
- other minor changes
