Fix the name of the translation domain

After commit a798e78d (review
https://phabricator.kde.org/D23783), the extracted pot file
changed from kcm_displayconfiguration to kcm_kscreen, but
the name defined through cmake was not changed accordingly,
thus preventing translations from working.
