Fix implementation of KMyMoneyApp::findAccount()

If no parent account is provided KMyMoneyApp::findAccount()
did a search only from the first parent in the local generated
list of parent accounts.

Instead it should search all top level accounts which is
required to be in sync with createAccount() used by qif importer.
