ColumnView: Use OutExpo for page animation

In my opinion, the speed of InOutQuad is too constant looking for the short amount of time the page moving is animated.

OutExpo provides a speedy start to make applications feel fast, but a refined finish due to the harsher slowdown at the end of the animation.
