[Office2007Extractor] Reuse DublinCoreExtractor, fix namespace handling

OPC (Office Open XML - Open Packaging Conventions) uses the elements
from the Dublin Core XML Schema, so reuse the existing code.

This also fixes the incorrect namespace handling. While the common prefix
for Dublin Core is "dc", the only correct way is to check for the
namespace URI.
