Do not remove project information when ChooseCMakeInterfaceJob fails

When the user edits a CMakeLists.txt in a way that the CMake configure
job fails, we would end up with broken language support as we would
also remove the data from a previous successful parse. Instead, let's
keep that old data around - it's better than nothing.
