doc: cleanup few sentences and terminology

- improve the wording and the structure of few sentences (this manual
  still requires some love);
- clarify the meaning of KDE (mostly removing the usage of the word
  "KDE");
- remove the references to the svn IOslave part of kdesdk-kioslaves,
  which was not ported to Qt5 and removed.
