Refactor monitor tool bars (Pt. 1) 

Increase code reusage (better maintainability) by using a custom tool
button (extents QtQuick.Controls ToolButton)

    Tooltip in the status bar for zoom in both monitors is wrong. Should be: CTRL+SHIFT+wheel

    This is not related to this commit, but you are right. However to be more consistent with the behavior of timeline, bin etc. I suggest to rather switch the behavior to Ctrl+Wheel than changing the tool tip. What do you think?

    Yes, changing to Ctrl+Wheelwould be a good idea.
