Fix fetch translations tests in GitLab forks

This changes the check for the repo name from a comparison against "frameworks/extra-cmake-modules" to a regex match check against "*/extra-cmake-modules". This check covers repository names for GitLab forkes like "myusername/extra-cmake-modules" too which currently make the test fail
