Don't assign twice the same key to the action New Tab

Second try:
added Qt::CTRL + Qt::Key_T and Qt::CTRL + Qt::SHIFT + Qt::Key_N
as QKeySequence::AddTab is only Qt::CTRL + Qt::SHIFT + Qt::Key_N
under plasma.
