pk: don't show redundant packages on updates

Sometimes packages will contain addons to the package itself (e.g. on
archlinux the "gimp" package contains both org.gimp.GIMP and
gimp-data-extras which is an addon to the first).
Don't show the addon when updating like we do when searching.
