Revert "Documentation: Put the whole doc into one file to not confuse xml2po"

Keep the documentation split:
- the reason for splitting (a monster document) are still around;
- we do have split documentation (krusader, kstars, etc)
- in fact the last changes to calligraplan documentation
  seems to have worked and all the messages are extracted.

This reverts commit ae96aa81.
