Remove generic non-symbolic audio and video icons

These get inappropriately used as fallback icons for any audio and video
MIME types that don't have a dedicated icon. They were added recently
and aren't used anywhere yet in KDE software, so they're safe to remove.
We can keep the symbolic ones for any app that wants to use them.
