Add default shortcuts to switch-to-session actions

Copy the default switch-to-tab-%i action shortcuts from Konsole to
Yakuake switch-to-session-%i action.
Also, remove the -1 logic in the handleSwitchToAction to reduce
coupling with the actions generator code.
