Revert "ScreenChooserDialog: make it obvious that they're checkable"

This reverts commit cb259cee.

Unfortunately this was not ported correctly, and clicking the checkbox
didn't actually update the checked status. Trying to fix that revealed
deficiencies in the library component itself. Revert for now to avoid
regressions.
