ScreenCast: Drop global "streamingStopped" signal

It's only used to make sure all sessions are closed (but then it happens
twice). It behaves wrong when one of the sessions hasn't started the
screencasting though.

Having 1 signal for all sessions doesn't make any sense as we can have
lots of them in parallel.
