Disable llvm unit test for KF5 builds 

With LLVM 8.0.0 KDE Binary factory builds fails with:
 "...umbrello\unittests\testllvmparser.cpp(49): error C2039:
    'getLocStart': is not a member of 'clang::CXXRecordDecl'
