Merge in fixes from kmymoney related script variant

- extent script to support more than project by introducing shell
  variable NAME
- write x.finished files into work dir to be able to see which steps
  has been completed
- make 64 bit packaging optional
- add sourceforge related upload target 'sf'
- debug packages are already packaged as 7z archive in related obs
  package; there is not need for repackaging
