Combine maintimelinemodel and linkpaginatedtimelinemodel.

1. Fixed an issue where on reaching the end the data is loaded again from start for bookmarks, favorites, and explore
2. Renames TimelineModel to MaintimelineModel in QML to reduce ambiguity.
