Only display clipboard entry if klipper is available on DBus

While the standalone klipper provides a DBus interface the plasmoid
does currently not. Instead of offering functionality that can never
work, hide the entry for now. Future versions of Plasma might offer
the DBus interface again and this should be revisited, cf.
