Hide windows, accept selection, sync annotations with gobal shortcuts

There were bugs when using rectangle capture mode with global shortcuts
and background mode. The windows would not disappear after pressing
Enter/Save/Copy. Pressing Copy did not copy just the selected area.
Annotations weren't saved.
