Improve notifications

This improves the screenshot captured notifications that are shown in response to the user
pressing a screenshot key while Spectacle is not running.

* It shows the type of screenshot that was captured (current screen, active window, etc)
* It adds an "Open" button to open the screenshot in the default application
* Some wording changes and visual improvements
