Move maintoolbar to top of the screen by default

Currently Spectacle opens the toolbar in middle of screen, which can be often in the way. 
Things user wants to screenshot are often around the middle of the screen.

This moves the toolbar to top, as is default by other similar tools, and I believe this helps with UX.
