Reset cursor theme and size to defaults if they are unset in Plasma

These settings might be unset in kcminputrc if they are their
fallback defaults, typically the case for cursor size = 24

We need to unset the values in kde_settings.conf to remove the
previous value, which would otherwise remain unchanged
