Begin KF5 Porting.

Port buildsystem and fix compilation issues. Further, the following
parts are commented out for now:
* ApiDocWidget: requires Grantlee (no port for Qt5 available yet)
* DataStructurePlugins: plugin system needs to be revisited
* ToolsPlugins: plugin system needs to be revisited
* LoadedPluginsDialog: depends on plugin system changes
