child node name validation basically works

  - still needs a lot of testing and debugging
  - new class XiMpLe.validity for validation definitions
  - attributes are ignored
  - re-wrote docs (XiMpLe.node and XiMpLe.doc weren't updated in a while)
  - some code cleaning
