Add kded-appmenu support, first attempt

To test this:
$ git clone git://anongit.kde.org/rekonq
$ cd rekonq
$ git checkout kded-appmenu-support
$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake..
$ make
and see... Please, help me to test this if you wanna support for this
