Slider: Report handle size properly

QtQuick.Templates/Slider uses handle size to adjust mouse position
accordingly to let user drag a handle perfectly centered around their
mouse pointer. This especially noticeable around the edges, where
locations of slider's extreme values are actually handle.width/2 pixels
away from the groove graphics boundaries.
