Slider: Flip sizing expressions

Top level component should use the most standard implicit sizing
expressions; that way it becomes most compatible with potential styling
overrides. Meanwhile, control's content (StyleItem in this case) should
not depend on implicit size of its parent; that was a potential binding
loop, and generally some confusing data flow.
