[PlasmaDesktopTheme] Adapt Button alternateBackground for 3rd party color schemes

It's an awful hack, but people sometimes complain about their color
scheme not working well with the theme. This is because I'm using color
roles that weren't used before and lots of themes just use old default
breeze colors instead of something that matches them for these
previously unused color roles.
