Add unit test for lockscreen QML

We have numerous regressions in the front end QML. Either focus handling
or the recent cherry-pick incident.

This adds the start of unit test with QML tests. It's somewhat minimal
but once the infrastructure is in it'll be easier to expand with future
tests hopefully going beyond the lockscreen.
