widgetexplorer: Clean up leftover KSycoca connect

This was introduced with plasma/plasma-workspace@5ca77d36.
Back then KSycoca notified us when a new package was added. However, KPackage is since KF5 no
longer backed by KSycoca/KService.
Consequently we would only get false positives that cause us to needlessly reload the KPackage data.
