Notifications: Also try X-SnapInstanceName for desktop file resolution

We already do it for `X-Flatpak-RenamedFrom`.

We also check the `BAMF_DESKTOP_FILE_HINT` in the environment but it seems
Chromium-based apps mess with their environment in an way that the environment
in `/proc` becomes unreliable.
