[applet/appmenu] Flatten MenuDelegate component

Rename the menuState, so it won't shadow the QQuickItem::state property,
and move out of background component so QML engine won't have to create
and extra meta-object for this Item. This gives us an opportunity to
completely get rid on the intermediate Item too.
