Fix runnermodeltest

- DeleteWhenEmpty doesn't make sense, because the model has it's
  RunnerManager that we want to use across queries.
- The queryFinished signal was not properly emitted
- When not merging results, whitelist a specific runner that will
  produce results
- Disable DBus runners that cause a timeout on CI
