kcms/lnf: Add method to retrieve package contents

Store the package contents in the same format as the user
selection (the Contents flag enum), so we can compare and
filter them with simple `and` operation.

Also adapt the `kcmSave` test: It worked previously because
the old code was effectively filtering out every item from
getting save, so the values would remain those set in the
previous tests.
