Remove Safe Landing

This wallpaper was made the default wallpaper in Plasma 5.25, which
entails putting it in the Breeze repo. But we forgot to remove it from
here, resulting in it being installed twice. This commit resolves that
by removing it from here, leaving only the version installed by Breeze.
