applet: fix scrollview and delegate size

This commit fixes a few interrelated issues with the applet's scrollview:
- Implicitly using QtQuickControls2 scrollview instead of
  the PlasmaComponents3 version
- Unnecessarily overriding delegate width
- Not adding the "disable horizontal scrollbar hack
