add external infocenter module

this adds an entry to kinfocenter that allows the user to launch
systemmonitor from right inside kinfocenter, allowing us to direct users
at the monitor in case they opened info center expecting monitor kind of
data rather than the (largely) static info center kind of data. this
also paves the way for replacing the memory infocenter module with
systemmonitor, reducing overlap.
