kcm: Fix visuals when testing non-standard channel names

On Pipewire some profiles (like the "Pro Audio") can provide
a full list of raw channels without the standard channel names,
which we don't have a translation or position for.

In that case, show their channel raw name and position them
in order below the standard grid and avatar.
