Undo natural scrolling in the applet

Take into account whether the wheel event is inverted to make changing
the volume using touchpad more intuitive.

Note that it relies on the compositor providing relevant hints. On
Wayland, relevant protocol changes landed, but QtWayland still needs to
start using it.
