Add notr="true" to the unnamed filter strings

As part of the port to KUrlRequester::setNameFilters in !318 I accidentally removed the `notr="true"` attribute for the filter strings in 802-1x.ui. Since there is nothing to translate in those strings, add that attribute back, and add them to the other affected files in the port too.
