Add accessibility and support for gui testing

As the plasma desktop shell can't be used in CI for plasma-workspace
all the appium-based plasmoid gui testing are done using plasma nano
instead, which needs an accessible way to open the popup
(and more accessibility support is a good thing in general, on any
platform)
