Simplified rules AKA "services" rules control

Implementing a simple interface to both backends where we can just select the service which will be allowed (firewalld)/ managed (ufw) without needing technical details.

Furthermore, there are chores activities to improve readability and extensibility (firewalld) in futures patches.
- chore(firewalld) firewalldjob rewritten to be more easily to extend;
- chore(firewalld) fix errors messages showing up unnecessary on disable;
- chore(firewalld/ufw) categorize debug messages.
