Remove again the touchpad applet

The touchpad applet at the moment doesn't have correct metadata *and*
only supports synaptics as metadata, backend which was removed from the
kcm.

Is not in a releaseable state for 6.0 and if we want to reintroduce it
it should be rewritten based upon libinput instead
